What is covered

Each repair comes with a warranty according to the service level requested (see your receipt for more info). If on the rare occasion you encounter any of the following issues with the parts fitted during your warranty period:

 The part fitted does not work as intended
 Touch is none responsive (screen repair)
 LCD no longer displays an image
 Glass is lifting away from the frame (screen repair)

What isn’t covered

We know accidents happen, but unfortunately there are some things we are unable to cover under our warranty. The following issues* are not covered and will result in our warranty being void*:. *but not limited to 

A separate issue that we’ve not been informed of within 48 hours of collection
Damage from a drop or a point of impact whether accidental or intentional
Device has been tampered with after our repair
Device is bent or casing is damaged / deformed
