We’re proud to announce the phase 1 launch of iBrokeMyGadget’s new website.


As you may have noticed we’ve been rolling out our new branding over the past few months and part of this exciting project has been the design of this website.
This exciting new chapter for iBrokeMyGadget coincides with our 5th birthday as well as a new store opening.

The new iBrokeMyGadget website has been carefully designed to provide our customers with a quick and easy way to get phone and gadget repairs. In recognition of how stressful breaking a phone or gadget can be, we’ve designed the website to be clean and uncluttered with a simple user flow. On top of this we’ve added enhanced functionalities and visual aids such as icons to guide you through the process, saving you time.

If you’re a customer of ours, you’ll know that we always put our customers first and provide a top-class service no matter the issue. Our new website is no exception to this and has been crafted to help you identify the issue and book the most convenient, cost-effective repair solution.

You may have noticed our new logo, branding and colour schemes. We hope you agree that this fresh new look more accurately reflects the quality of service we provide. It also communicates our plans to become a high-street brand, so keep an eye out for our stores popping up near you!

With phase 1 complete, we can tell you a little about what you can expect from us in the very near future and how we’re working flat-out to bring you an unparalleled service, both online and in-store. Here’s just a small taster of what’s coming soon!

Dedicated mobile website – What happens if your mobile phone screen is cracked and browsing / scrolling a website is near impossible? Mobile websites can be cumbersome at the best of times! To address this, we’re currently in the process of designing a sleek and minimal version of the website to ensure you’re always able to contact us. By considering the user experience at this level of detail, we can guarantee you’ll always feel secure knowing we’re reachable and responsive when/if your phone or gadget breaks.

Online Booking – We’re bringing you a fantastic new way to book and track repairs from home or at work. Our online booking system will be as simple as ordering from Amazon, allowing you to place repair orders in a matter of minutes (seconds if registered)! Once you’ve made a booking you’ll be able to track the status of your repair via our website, the status is in real-time as it connects directly to the technician’s systems, how cool is that?
