As an iBrokemygadget Sales Assistant, you will be the first person customers meet when they enter the store. You’re also the person who advises, sells and books customers into the repair booking system to ensure all customers receive an excellent iBrokemygadget customer experience. You will also be answering the phone and will need to liaise with the engineer keeping them up to date with any new or pending repairs or queries.
- Ensure efficiency in the scheduling of repairs and delivery speed.
- Inspire your colleagues to provide excellent service and attention to our customers through effective engagement.
- Ensure that store standards and presentation is maintained to a high level
- You’ll make sure that customers are greeted with a smile whilst empathising with them no matter the issue.
- You’ll be able to clearly communicate the repair process and provide an accurate timeline for completion.
